This was my first time purchasing out of State but Ben and Michael provided good direction and support. The entire transaction was a bit unnerving for me since I bought the car sight unseen but the car arrived in excellent condition other than it was a bit dirty. I plan on doing a follow up review after I get an opportunity to dive it after the snow stops.

I'm an out of state buyer and am not on accustomed to this process but I have to say the people at this dealership were spectacular and extremely responsive. Khaled was my salesperson but I worked with Daniel in the finance department as well as Sara, the admin assistant and of course the principal, Mohamad. The car was fully detailed and ready to go when I arrived and they even pick me up at the airport. If you're looking for an exotic something a little different, this is definitely the place to go. I can't recommend college enough. He went above and beyond and I'm completely satisfied.

The Salesman was great, not pushy, answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable and professional but yet personable. The finance staff that does the price agreements/offers were not consistent in the ways they determined price of vehicle they are selling vs the price they are willing to give you as a trade allowance on trade in. It wasn't until we gathered our things to leave without purchasing before they decided to make an offer that was more inline with true vehicle value. Loan approval and purchase document signing was quick and easy. The showroom is large, modern and very clean.

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

GREAT PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR IMPORTS! I stopped in here a few times with my kids to check out some of the inventory and not only do they have really unique inventory but some of the cleanest cars in inventory! The staff is helpful and non apprehensive. I recently decided to purchase a 2019 BMW 5 series and was extremely happy with the service from A to Z! 16 Cayenne GTS - mixed feelings

This review is for 2016 GTS model.After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions.Good:- very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds- interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive.- the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better- nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often- seats are comfortable- the AC and air quality inside the car is very goodBad:- honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue- the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny- overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and thereOverall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

Can't recommend this dealership enough! Let me start by saying that when you buy a car "as is," you should realize what you are getting. You should also have it checked out by a reputable mechanic of your choosing. I liken it to buying a car from a private person.I found the car I wanted for a GREAT PRICE, low mileage, amazing condition, etc online. However, I hadn't realized this dealership was 4 hours from me! I called to inquire, not expecting very much, but Imran was both helpful and reassuring. He let me know the delivery process was neither expensive nor complicated. Buying a car from someone in another state, that you have never seen or driven is definitely very risky, but Z Imports made everything so easy! The mechanic I arranged for them to take it to (this service itself, that they were willing and happy to do it, was above and beyond) reaffirmed what they told me. The car definitely checked out. I can't believe I bought a car like this, as I am very cautious by nature, but I took every precaution and they helped me do so along the way. I could not be happier with my new car! I would certainly buy from them again and recommend them.
