Where is account access manager at Wells Fargo Online? ›

Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device and navigate to the Wells Fargo Bank website at www.wellsfargo.com/biz/online-banking/manage-accounts. Look for "Account Access Manager" and click the link. You will be prompted to sign in.

Enroll in Wells Fargo Online from your desktop or mobile device for secure online access to your accounts. Once you've enrolled, you'll receive an email confirmation, and you'll be ready to sign on and manage your accounts.

How do I view individuals who have access to my accounts? Expand. You can sign on to Wells Fargo Online and through Account Access Manager, you can view who can access your accounts both through online banking as well as through a Wells Fargo Banker or branch location.

Go to your bank's website.

If you don't see a non-Wells Fargo checking or savings account you are looking for, you can simply add it to your Transfers list online: Sign on to Wells Fargo Online. Select the Transfer & Pay menu. Select 'Add a non-Wells Fargo Account' from the Transfer Money screen.

The account holder can manage guest users by signing on to Wells Fargo Online and going to Security & Support > Use Account Access Manager. You may consider adding an authorized signer if you need full support on an account. An authorized signer has the same authority as the owner for the account(s) they are added to.

Account Access Manager enables small business owners to review who has access to their business accounts, remove authorized signers and manage guest users, all through Wells Fargo Business Online^®. Be sure to regularly review account access rights and make updates as needed.
